*Designated Committee Chair

 

• The Service and Charity Committee shall make recommendations to the membership for a designated charity/charities each year with input and approval of the membership. This committee disperses the funds. 

• The Fund Raising Committee shall present to the membership ideas and leadership for fund raising projects, which at this time include: Basket Auction/Raffle, Rotary Lights [take down], Herberger's coupon books, New Horizons, and Salvation Army [books, used magazines, coffee mugs]. 

• The Membership Committee shall review recommendations for Membership and prepare to present the candidates' names to the chapter for initiation. 

• The Nominating Committee, prior to the April meeting of an election year, shall present to the membership a slate of officers with one nominee per office to be elected for a two year term. *

• The Program Committee shall plan activities and programs for the membership meetings. 

• The Scholarship Committee shall inform the membership of the internal and external scholarship opportunities and announce the recipients for each scholarship.
